How to conduct an interview - pointers

 To carry out my interview with the school business manager for my primary research, I have to consider an understanding of how to conduct an interview/meeting.   Listed below are some of the tips that I have found on how to carry out the perfect interview that will hopefully lead me to gain the best possible answers for the questions I will be asking. Here are the things I found that should be done in an interview/meeting. ü   ensure the organisation of the interview is on point—make sure it is organised for the correct date and time in the correct location. ü   give them some background as to what and why you are asking. ü   let the person answering speak—give them time to answer the questions and only ask 1 question at a time. ü   Listen and be engaged.   And the things that shouldn’t be done in an interview/meeting.   û   Don’t rely too much on the notes—actively ask questions. û   Be disrespectful or talk over th...
