This plan is the initial plan that I created to manage my project in terms of which task needs to be completed first to ensure that I can mange this successfully. At my mid progress review, I decided this plan was not going to be the best for the future of my project, so I decided to create a Microsoft Excel document to manage this progress at a more successful level, so this plan is now not used.

-finalise topic question choice- comp-30/11/21 

 pass architect questions onto CWE.  -comp-31/01/22  - then reviewed and resent on 02/03/2022 after staff illness and half term.

- try to gain an understanding of how to conduct an interview      comp  03/05/22     still need to re-read before the interview

-review questions to be used for the interview    comp- 03/05/22  after producing a first draft list of  questions , i reviewed these again and made active changes

-Analyse the Tupton Display Energy Chart (DEC) 2021. and 2022

-after January start to contact the other schools in the trust about their DEC. (all emails and email template on word)-- by may, after sending 2 sets of emails and only receiving a total of 4 replies, I have decided to work with what I have and not contact the other schools again

after these results have been collected plot a scatter graph showcasing these results--- this is unlikeley to happen now due to the lack of responses i have reccieved, however the data i have recieved can be usefull in comparing and reviewing progress of schools.

start to summerise articles into categories. once categorised, give a brief summary( bullet points) and a judgement of wether it is ideal or not.    categorise sections : gov advcice, gov regulations, case studies.

-organise the interview with Mr Jones  (before/after Feb half term)  meeting completed on 11/05/22

-finalise the questions to be used in  the interview considering 2022 DEC  - comp 03/05/22

look at the DEC in main reception after January to see of any change (current valid until 30th January 2022) analyse the 2022 one.    - seen certificate online, however not compared in detail.


when considering presentation, try to show what sustainability actually is.


try to conduct internal fieldwork   - idea from ABR     try to complete over 1 week at every breaktime before the end of June

Below are the links to our school's Display Energy Certificate (DEC). Using the DEC is an accurate form of primary research as this is a publicly available government document. The DEC is document publishing the results of an energy usage document carried out once a year by an external contractor. This certificate gives an overall score of the energy usage, with 100 being the average.
