Ben Harding EPQ - are British secondary schools really environmentally sustainable?

To ensure the success of my project I have created and outlined the following aims and objectives to help me to plan and consider the progress throughout.  -to manage my time effectively and accurately. -to use a range of sources and methods to effectively research my project.  -be able to effectively conduct an interview.  -to be able to write a higher education level dissertation effectively, understanding the process of how.  

As a starting point, I have considered secondary research and compiled my resources here. Below are some of the initial planning that I caried out to help me narrow down my area of study my mind map gives me my first ideas of what to concentrate my project on giving a broad topic of sustainability in businesses and then focusing on different businesses. After this, I finalised that m y area of research for my topic would be sustainability in schools. this feedback gives a feel for the ideas in my mind map. this gives an idea of where to go next to start my research  and help me with deciding what types or research are the best for my project. from here, i am planning to start my research, firstly focusing on the secondary research element  where i will aim to find the regulations surrounding the sustainability of schools and then moving on to my focus on the ways i can carry out primary research, withy my current focus on having a meeting with the business manager in school, Mr Jones. from here forward i am hoping to finish my project by between Xmas and February 2...
